Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Indikation laserinduzierte Therapie gegen Niedrig-Risiko-Prostatakarzinom
Einsatzgebiet Kiel, Hamburg, Hannover

Activities:
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer Needs and requirements
  • present the Product to the KOL and customers. Key costumers/Centers are hospitals (Urology departments)
  • Coordinate and ensure a high-Quality Training process for new users leading to a certification of the solution
  • be able to map and understand the referral process for the key Centers in order to develop the awareness and the knowledge of the Technology locally and guide Patient flow towards the key centers
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into Long-Lasting relationships
  • serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • deal with all the technical and administrative issues in order to successfully open the center
  • resolve any issues and Problems faces by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustt
  • prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • participate in and organize Events: congresses, symposiums
 
Professionel experience:
  • experience in urology
  • experience in selling medical devices (knowledge of/familiar with pharmaceutical Environment is a plus)
  • ready to travel regularly to and from clinical Centers in her/his Region (occasionaltravel in the rest of Germany and the rest of Europe)
  • Business oriented
  • german native Speaker+speaks excellent English
  • Operating Room enviroment exposure
  • Proven track record of selling at surgeon / KOL level
  • Proven credibility with key opinion leading surgeons
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professioals of all organizational levels
  • Ability to demonstrate success selling in innovative medical device product
  • Hands on Approach, innovative, passionate, driven and able to work on his own initiative
  • an interest in / the ability to understand technical products
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in Problem-solving and negotiation
